5. Public Reports and Directories

If you opt to mark your generated report as "Public", you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, index, list, and link to the report content and the associated audited URL on our website's public audits directory. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish and expose data regarding the audited URL.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.
